A small room with a long memory

Opened in 2008 on Preston Street, The Moonroom helped shape Ottawa’s early cocktail culture — modelled on intimate lounges in larger cities, with a quieter late-night pace. Reviews still call it cute, cozy and one of the city’s favourite little rooms; the back patio gets love when the weather turns.
